Mercedes W123 W124 Coupling Rod Self Levelling suspension A1233201489

On the Mercedes W123 and W124 with self levelling suspension system level, the controller is operated via a small coupling rod. This coupling rod is suspended from the stabilizer and acts on a lever on the level controller. This rod or better the ball heads tend to rust and swing out. In many cases, the socket holder jumps off the ball head.

We have developed a maintenance-free and corrosion-resistant alternative. The threaded rod itself and the mounting material are made of stainless steel. The ball heads and the rod ends are high-strength reinforced plastic elements that do not require additional lubrication. Rod ends can be used with the original ball heads. The set also includes the plastic ball heads shown as a replacement.
