Mercedes G W460 70 mm frame tube length 1060 mm

One of the biggest flaws of the Mercedes G-model frames are the tubes for the front and rear body mounts. These tubes are located near the wheel arches, dirt and splash can lead to structual corrosion.

To restore the original state, the tube must be completely separated from the frame and a new part has to be welded in. The tubes offered have a very good weldability and are made of S355 structual steel thus outperform the originally used material by Mercedes.
